We value our customers' satisfaction and strive to offer a secure and reliable platform for creators and sponsors alike. Our Refund Policy is designed with transparency and fairness in mind. Please read it carefully to understand when and how refunds are issued.
General Refunds:
If you, as a sponsor, are not satisfied with the collaboration or the results of your campaign, we encourage you to reach out to our support team within a reasonable period. We will do our best to mediate the situation and ensure a satisfactory resolution. However, please note that refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Melo Networks.
No Service Delivered:
If a creator fails to deliver the agreed services within the specified timeline, sponsors may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Each case will be reviewed individually by our team.
Service Quality Issues:
If the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon standards or specifications, you may request a revision from the creator. If a resolution cannot be reached, our team will review the case, and a partial or full refund may be issued.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellations, the terms agreed upon at the start of the collaboration will apply. Any deposits or fees paid may be non-refundable, depending on the specifics of the agreement.
Refund Eligibility for Sponsors:
Refunds for sponsorships are subject to the agreement between sponsors and creators. If the creator has not fulfilled their agreed-upon obligations, sponsors may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Refund Eligibility for Creators:
Creators may request a refund of the platform fee if the sponsorship collaboration has been canceled by the sponsor or if the sponsor's payment is found to be fraudulent.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute between sponsors and creators regarding a collaboration or payment, both parties are encouraged to communicate and resolve the issue amicably. Melo Networks may mediate to help reach a fair resolution.
Payment Errors:
If there is an error in the payment process resulting in overcharging or undercharging, we will promptly rectify the issue. Refunds for payment errors will be processed as soon as possible.
Processing Refunds:
Refund requests should be made within 7 days of the completion or termination of the sponsorship collaboration. We aim to process refunds within 5 to 7 days of receiving a valid refund request.
To request a refund, please contact our support team detailing the reason for the request and any relevant information. Requests should be made promptly, as delayed requests may not be eligible for a refund.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within a certain number of days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that this Refund Policy may be updated periodically, and changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of Melo Networks following any update signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If this is not feasible, an alternative payment method will be arranged in agreement with the affected party.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items or services may be marked as non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to platform fees, processing fees, or charges for additional premium features.
Special Circumstances:
In exceptional cases, such as technical issues or extenuating circumstances, Melo Networks may provide refunds at its discretion. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the appropriate resolution.
